Join Wales' #1 Holiday Resort- Become Our Next Guest Services Officer!  Our Guest Services Department have an exciting opening for a new Officer to join their team. The Officer will be responsible and accountable for providing excellent customer care and service to our guests, ensuring they have memorable holidays and choose to return to Bluestone time and time again. Understanding human nature and being confident and professional in dealing with people is crucial. The role involves working in various outlets and performing diverse tasks. These tasks can range from warmly greeting customers, making activity or entertainment bookings, or handling restaurant reservations, to addressing and resolving any questions, concerns, or requests from guests, whether communicating over the telephone, via email, or face-to-face. The candidate will need experience of working within a customer services environment and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. The 37.5 hour contract will involve evenings and working weekends. The candidate will need their own transport to resort due to the shift patterns not inline with our free transport.
